TPD will help you install it...but if you continue to go it alone, you can get it to fit in better if you kneel (with one knee) on the seat while one of you pulls on the straps. Okay...none of them are easy and, of course, by the time you get it right, she'll need a bigger one. Ha ha. Mucho positive thoughts for you!
